Withdrawn from sale as a lot of power is coming from redirect channel4.com pages which I guess could be removed by them

In the interest of not appearing some sort of scammer sale was offered on data obtained Moz tools which showed lots links from BBC among other great domains. "Power wise it does have these" but C4 could easily wipe them out I now see

It still has direct links from some nice domains but hard to gauge a price so I'll probably just use myself

You're right

What is happening is

Links on pages like this one are going to channel4.com/fourdocs/guides/index.html which are getting redirected to 4docs / org uk which are then showing in OSE

So it does have the links, but via redirects from channel4
