I just wanted to add, there is one TM registered for this exact term, which is this one:

That only covers one specific TM class, which is:
If someone wanted to use this domain to make a site selling expensive properties, financial services, hign end cars or anything else, they can do so quite happily without infringing on the rights of the TM holder for their paper, cardboard and toilet paper
