Premium Domain Name - here!!

The domain name PropertyJob.co.uk is available for sale without content. Property is a massive industry in the UK and covers a vast remit of industries. Arguably one of the best UK domain names for a property job site!

There are no traffic stats available, but, does it need it!

Offers over £3000

Lex, you are completely wasting your time advertising a domain here for £3000 when you have just regged it a couple of hours ago. This site is mainly used by domain resellers so they only looking for bargains.

IMO PropertyJob.co.uk is not even worth the £4.68 that you paid for it.

In my opinion it is worth more than the registration fee by a long way! The time of the registration is irrelevant...it's a quality genric domain that would suit any property associated job website perfectly...

Would accept £1500...FinancialJobs.co.uk sold for £2500 last week!

Do you mind me asking if you have ever sold anything, if so what, and for how much?

erm...I'd rather not say. I had an offer for gamesaffiliate.com yesterday. What do you think PropertyJob.co.uk is worth then???

Hmm, the fact that this was available to register today speaks volumes. Reg fee imo.

Grant

Yep, i agree with grantw..reg fee :) However if you get an enquiry within the next few years you may get £100 tops I guess. Good Luck tho.

That seems relativley low considering the surrounding 'realetate' eg...propertyjobs.co.uk/.com etc... Definitely worth more than £100 now! I think? If you are a property employer find me a better name!!!

-£35 as not only do you need to sell it, but you would need to pay the transfer costs on it :)

Lex, can I just ask, where are you getting these values from?

Because all the domains that you are advertising, I think the lowest valued one is 3k and I think the only real way you would get 3k for that name or any other name would be if they had a high PR and high amounts of traffic of which they obviously dont.

As for the domain name in question Property Jobs is not really a job as such, somehting like ConstructionJobs, FinancialJobs, BankingJobs, ExecutiveJobs, ComputerJobs all these are really good names and people will search for these on the web, and companies who specialise in that area would pay possiblely upto £2000 or even more if they really wanted it.

Please dont see this as a slagging off, but just a bit of advice to stop you from spending hundreds of £'s on domains thinking that you could sell them for ££££'s just after you reg'd it.

Lex, I am not interested in the domain but you get my vote for perseverance. Thread after thread you get a battering, yet you still come back for more.

Haven't seen anything like it since Rocky Balboa. Well done.

Lex have a look at some of the domains FCdomains has for sale. Note the prices and how long and how much effort he has gone to try and sell - this will give you a balanced view of the market.

Jeez, did I set you up for this when I suggested the generic term for the industry would be propertyjobs.co.uk ?

I think to even make it slightly worth something you would need the missing 's'.

Sorry, but it's a bit much for a Fishfinger to talk about someone else getting battered!

I think fishfingers are usually covered in breadcrumbs

You are all wrong... fish dont have fingers! :)

They also have short memories....so when they try and retrieve a non generic website address from their brains they will have the same type-of/in trouble as the short memory spanned MTV generation!!

Dear Philipp

I missed all the fun...

You are right the fish fingers are battered, only later are they sprinkled with breadcrumbs.

I just hope that having been battered twice now, I will still be invited to the captain's table because:

"....only the purest, juiciest white cod and extra-specially scrumptious Breadcrums are fit to be served at the captain's table. It's a fact."

PS: Lex what are you on about??
