Why restrict this service to the EEA only?

The PRSS is available to everyone based in the EEA

I really want in. I'm a member of Nominet and have my own TAG. Surely that would count for something?

Wouldn't that Act only cover the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom rather than all of Europe (or EEA member states)?

The DPA is UK only afaik. However, there is a similar one for the EU...
