Your 5k offer would definitely be refused. How dare you attempt such a highball offer.

Any lower offers?

There is some drama around these names right now which some of you may know I bought from Deepak off DL.

Basically, after winning the auction, I paid by paypal, then he demanded that I pay the £20 paypal fees.

He directed me to DLs rules and said that I had to pay by paypal masspay. That's not what it says. He suggested that he could send me an invoice for the fees separately.

I said that I'm not going to pay the fees and he complained how he will lose money on an already cheap deal.

He didn't want to pay the fees clearly so I said transfer the domains and if he wanted to refund the money I will resend as a personal payment once the refund has cleared.

He refunded but because PayPal originally pulled the funds from my account, that's where they're sending the funds, and I didn't know but it can take 30 days for the refund to happen (on paypal's site).

My communication with Deepak became ugly in the first few days and he said to me at one point "you act like you think i should be grateful" - I paid and my job was done now I'm trying to help you save money after you tried demanding I had to pay the fees. Also I'm listening to you demand that I pay sooner than the refund clears.

So that's where I'm at with this, along with still waiting for payPal to clear and Deepak threatening me with the Law, if i try to sell these domains (which I originally already paid for).

[vikrantjain22]

Please do not buy these names as Matt is yet to pay me for these names won at DomainLore by him a few days back.

He had sent the funds to me via paypal, after receiving which I had requested him to send the funds via Masspay or as a personal payment.

To assure him about his worries, I transferred the names to him and then received a mail from him asking to refund the funds so that he could resend the same as personal payment so that I would save some funds on a sale on which I was already losing money.

I refunded the transaction, waiting for him to re-send the payment as a personal payment.

After the refund, Matt has branded me as a narcissist, disgusting, ungrateful low life for having the audacity to request him to cover the fees and is yet to pay me the funds for the names sold.

Would request anyone willing to buy these names to hold on till the time Matt clears the payment since he is yet to pay for the 3 names won by him and under his control now

Basically, after winning the auction, I paid by paypal, then he demanded that I pay the £20 paypal fees.

I requested you to bear the fees which have been portrayed by you throughout the communication as a demand from my end

He directed me to DLs rules and said that I had to pay by paypal masspay. That's not what it says. He suggested that he could send me an invoice for the fees separately.

A invoice was requested for the entire transaction for the 3 names which was sent to you. There was NO suggestion from my end mentioning anything about a separate invoice for the fees. Since you are claiming that I suggested sending you another invoice for the fees, please feel free to post that part of the communication. If you want I can post all the emails between me and you which clearly shows nothing of this sort was even discussed, before this post.

I said that I'm not going to pay the fees and he complained how he will lose money on an already cheap deal.

Yes I said that. That's called a request not a complaint.

He didn't want to pay the fees clearly so I said transfer the domains and if he wanted to refund the money I will resend as a personal payment once the refund has cleared.

You clearly mentioned that since you dont know me you will not send payments via masspay or as personal payment since you wouldnt be safe on the transaction in that case. To assure you all 3 names were immediately transferred to you. On receiving the names you sent me an email suggesting I refund the funds to you and that you will resend them back as a personal payment. There was no mention of a 30 day delay from your end to pay me the funds

It became ugly when I was still using words like please, regards, thanks etc and you were using words like Narcissist, Disgusting, Low Life, Ungrateful, wheres I have not used abusive words against you even once.
Again if you want I will post all communications between me and you to show the community your actual face and that way you behave when things are not the way you want them to be

So that's where I'm at with this, along with still waiting for payPal to clear and Deepak threatening me with the Law, if i try to sell these domains (which I originally already paid for).

I have not threatened you with Law. All I have mentioned to you today morning was that since you have still not paid me for the names you cannot sell them on the forum and that you should refrain from selling them before you pay me and if you still choose to sell them without clearing my dues I will be forced to use the small claims court to recoup the funds for the sale from you. I think that's called securing ones rightful funds and not threatening someone

The bottom line still remains that because of my stupidity of requesting you to cover the fees you have called me all the names in your vocabulary and are still making me request you for the funds every week and are actively trying to sell names which you are yet to pay for

[woopwoop]

Please do not buy these names

Or you can buy them. Let me know.

He had sent the funds to me via paypal, after receiving which I had requested him to send the funds via Masspay or as a personal payment.

Correct - I paid for them. Then you said that I had to pay the fees and suggested that you invoice me for the fees too.

To assure him about his worries, I transferred the names to him and then received a mail from him asking to refund the funds so that he could resend the same as personal payment so that I would save some funds on a sale on which I was already losing money.

I was trying to help you out - even though you had already p-eed me off demanding I pay the fees and you had misrepresented DL's rules.

I refunded the transaction, waiting for him to re-send the payment as a personal payment.

After your refund, I am STILL waiting for the refund to be in by paypal account or bank. Paypal states up to 30 days.

After the refund, Matt has branded me as a narcissist, disgusting, ungrateful low life for having the audacity to request him to cover the fees and is yet to pay me the funds for the names sold.

I used narccississt and maybe disgusting, but Deepak you threw the other words in there. You didn't request I covered the fees, you initially told me to and said that DL's rules said I had to - someone else may have just paid you the fees because of your pushing.

About non payment I paid and you agreed I paid, so this is no longer about the domains. This is about your refund not yet clearing, so why should I take money from elsewhere to pay you (again) when i don't have my hands on the money you've refunded.

Please do not buy these names as Matt is yet to pay me for these names won at DomainLore by him a few days back.

They are under my control and they are for sale. I did pay for them so they can be sold legally. I haven't received your refund yet.

I don't appreciate your legal threats and all of your insults through email too Deepak (yes you can toss a few insults around too).

[vikrantjain22]

Correct - I paid for them. Then you said that I had to pay the fees and suggested that you invoice me for the fees too.

Feel free to post the communication where I mentioned raising of a second invoice for the fees. You wont since no such communication exists between me and you

I used narccississt and maybe disgusting, but Deepak you threw the other words in there. You didn't request I covered the fees, you initially told me to and said that DL's rules said I had to - someone else may have just paid you the fees because of your pushing.

Narcissist, Ungrateful, Disgusting, Low Life these are the choicest words you have used against me for asking you to pay up.

About non payment I paid and you agreed I paid, so this is no longer about the domains. This is about your refund not yet clearing, so why should I take money from elsewhere to pay you (again) when i don't have my hands on the money you've refunded.

The funds were refunded to you as soon as you suggested re-sending them.
While asking for the funds to be resent by you there was no mention from your end on the 30 day clause or anything as such.

They are under my control and they are for sale. I did pay for them so they can be sold legally. I haven't received your refund yet.

I don't appreciate your legal threats and all of your insults through email too Deepak (yes you can toss a few insults around too).

Please feel free to post even a single insult that I might have maid to you prior to today and I will apologize to you. I am not in the habit of calling people names when things dont turn my way and I am sure most of the people who have ever dealt with me here will vouch for the same.

As for legal threats, as I mentioned before, its called securing ones lawful rights and not threatening. Bottom line is the funds are in your paypal account, you hve not paid for the names and are trying to sell them before clearing my dues.

From the DL rules:

"When sending payments to sellers, buyers do not pay BACs or Paypal fees. Paypal recipient (seller) fees should not be requested from the buyer (Paypal`s MassPay is now charging 2% fee, so is no longer a good substitution for buyers).
When sending payments to sellers who do not accept payments via BACs and/or Paypal and only offer 'EU/international' payment option, it is a responsibility of the buyer to cover wire transfer fees, so the seller receives the exact amount the domain name was sold for."

[woopwoop]

All I can say is be careful who you try and do favours for.

Deepak - as I have told you by email as soon as the refund is back in my account I will send it to you by paypal again. I am not keeping hold of your money - I just don't have it.

This 30 day paypal refund was very surprising to me too. When I read that and searched, there are a lot of people who are having this issue (and it is because when I made the payment it wasn't in my paypal balance so the money was automatically taken from my bank account as usual - this is the reason they are giving their answer of 30 days).

Deepak - this isn't just your problem, it's my problem too. And it's a result of me trying to help you save fees. I don't want you to bow down, but your emails from the start acted like I was trying to screw you, not pay, and when you tell me that you are doing me a favour (by refunding my payment and waiting on a personal payment) - you completely have things back to front.

I do not benefit from changing the way I pay you. Yes I do want you to say thanks or at least act like you appreciate it even slightly.

I am just not willing to do you another favour and take funds from elsewhere. That would mean I am inconvenienced without your payment being refunded for weeks.

When I have your refund, I'll remake the payment.
