I'm in the process of transferring a domain name as I have finally got round to renting a server and want to take control of my mail / dns etc. I sent an e-mail to domainnamesgb.com who have unfortunately been taken over by Legend so it took a while for me to find a contact method that actually worked.
They have sent me back a transfer out form asking for £45 inc vat to transfer the domain. This more than i paid for the domain for 2 years. Is there any way that i can get round this extortion?
