Yep, cache cleared, flushed dns, restarted mysql, rebooted server, rebooted pc, cleared all crap off pc, traceroutes/pings all fine.

Just tried through a proxy and it's fast so definitely must be related to my connection somehow.

Thanks for the idea Paul, my IP is listed with statcounter to be blocked from the stats, I removed that but still have the issue.

Think this might be one of those issues that you just leave and hope it goes away
