The site has been online for quite a while. Runs on directorypress. It's PR2. Yesterday's AWStats position is below:

BIN not set but entertaining offers from mid £xxx. PayPal, Godaddy push. As with all my website sales you get 1 month free cPanel hosting (set on auto-expire) so you can transfer.

Because I am not doing anything with the site for a while, I sell it at the nominal value (domain+PR+age+UVs). Assume no earnings but traffic and age.

As of yesterday the site has 771 UVs with 13,473 pageviews (Feb only).

I have received couple of lowballs via email. Will keep this running for few more days and if no sale then will use the traffic myself.
