Hi all,

I've got a few months to raise £5,000 for a deposit on a flat and so I decided to have a little fire sale of sites that I've built but realised they are not part of something I'll end up doing long term.

So, here's a few ranking sites that I have developed and they are going for cheap. Please bear in mind that many people get the likes of aeiou.com to build them mini sites for $250+ and this doesn't include rankings etc.

So, here's the list...

Ranks 2nd for "hot dog maker"
56 uniques this month (hit page 1 on 15th so you could say over 100 uniques)

IceMakingMachines.co.uk
Ranks 14th for "ice making machines"
30 uniques this month

Assume no revenue as the sites have only been online for about 1 month and quite frankly I'm crap at converting visitors to customers but this doesn't mean you can't. For new sites the traffic is there so you just need to work your magic.

I'm looking for £250 per domain and this includes the site (on wordpress) in its current format. Buyer pays Nominet fee. Payment via BACS.

I would sell all as a package for a decent offer.

If I manage to sell I'll raise £1,000

Good luck with this sale Khalid. Product / niche sites are gaining in popularity and are in my opinion a solid investment. It really doesn't take much to turn starter sites such as these in to nice little earners.
