Registering European Domain (.fr .it etc..)

Can I'm UK based and I was wondering if anyone could recommend a reliable domain name provider that will allow me to register a couple of domain for each country?

.fr (france)
.de (Germany)
.it (italy)
.es (spain)
.nl (Holland)
and maybe some others

Some places were asking £100 per domain! What's that all about?
