what exactly does that mean?

Most small businesses are late paying invoices, so saying take care is kinda OTT. Chances are they will pay, just not on time.

Fair point in a way but it's not just small businesses (Woolworths were on AW) and 'take care' isn't that strong a warning

I guess I meant that if you are promoting them in a way that doesn't cost you anything it's not a huge risk but I would 'take care' in the sense of not running PPC and incurring costs for merchants that are on restricted payment terms.
