What happened with rich.uk?

It was due to drop, then on the day it was showing back to being unregistered with registration rights to the co.uk

Now I see it did seem to drop(?) and was registered by someone seemingly not connected to the co.uk registrant

Despite showing being unregistered with RoR, it was caught by catchtiger! I was looking at the DAC log the moment it dropped.

Same thing happened to hgvtraining.uk in Nov, seems to be some kind of bug somewhere in the Nom system.
