Interesting in that the only reason he lost was because he'd made £300 quid from advertising on the site and he had external links to rival airlines. If he had not had commercial ads/links, it says he'd have been allowed to keep running the site, despite the trademark.

Was a bit daft plastering it with competitors ads. If his true motivation was to highlight Ryan Air's bad behaviour, he could have done that without the ads. Not saying it wasn't but you can't give anyone an excuse to use it against you.

Lucky not to get sued by them anyway.
