I didn't understand why you related this article to North Korea until I scrolled down and realised that even though a 9 year old girl isn't allowed to photograph her school meals she does have her very own rocket ! ( check the photo )

Most of the food looks good compared to the slutch we used get at school.
 
She needs to get some ads on there, she will be able to buy her own school complete with kitchen the way that counter is going.

Freedom is a matter of degree. The law itself of course contains our freedom and in order to protect other peoples freedom none of us are entitled to do as we like, when we like. So it's a fine ballancing act and I think to say "freedom of speech in the UK is a myth" is a bit flippant.
 
Should a girl of nine be allowed to have free access to a camera in school ?
