Ive got a couple of sites that build databases from search engine cache data. I know this is hated by site owners and hosts but is cache data classed as public for legal reasons?

I have banking and company data obtained from search engines that im wanting to display online. Ive got a disclaimer, also highlighting data was found online.

Whats your thoughts?
