The links back are quite relevant and all talk about security, would be a great platform to kick start things. Currently gets around 700+ uniques per month according to awstats.

With a bit of a branding swap it could work quite well.

EDIT// Ah crap, just saw you are after .co.uk. Mind if I ask why? With geo target option in webmaster tools does it matter so much?

As it is, the .co.uk version of the domain is free to reg so you could grab that, and this .com then brand as you need and 301 the traffic. Just a though.
