sedo and swapping domains

I had a "final offer" on a domain with the following comment

This is my final offer. i suspect that we are too far apart to resolve this. However another option may be a swop. I have a number of domain names inc. .... and .... If interested let me know

Comments have to be passed by Sedo staff so if I had accepted how would Sedo have got their cut and how would they have worked out what their cut should be?
