It does still have a sedo page yes, maybe its being held by a domainer or not been developed yet.
As far as I know if your browser set to X language, you don't see the IDN (XN--), so in China they would only see www.長谷川.com (you can click this link too) in the address bar.
You could also use 長谷川.com on advertising too.
