I think the term you use refers to someone who spends money foolishly.
I don't think investing in one of the best domain names relating to your business can in the slightest be termed foolish.

If you have a large estate and ask a top law firm to draw up your will and be the executor of your estate after your death you are looking at large fees, so all things are relative.
Fool and his money really does not apply.

As a function, I would imagine the term is going to get increasingly looked for - again as a function of an increasing aged and living alone population.

I think most of us have no real idea of the value of the term but then we are not experts in every field - just apparent domain judges of every field...:shock:
