Just assumed the brand would see it on sedo and buy it, and then a bargain to them, as Noel has plenty of cash

However if the new person has bought it to then try and sell onto them, then yes an epic fail.

It's one of those domains that would have appealed quite strongly in a .com. It's versatile, memorable, and quite snappy - certainly would look good in any gardening environment. (I doubt you would be able to get the TM class though because of the use of the word 'Green') I agree it's rare to see that level of brandable sale in .co.uk. But in the realm of things it's not an excessive amount for a business to outlay.
