Just a quick tip, if you are looking at Domains for sale on Sedo that also show a "W" next to their listing (to indicate they have a website on the domain), be sure to look at the Sedo tracking stats for the domain if you are interested in buying it.
I just looked at one showing high traffic stats. When I drilled into the Sedo tracking for the site they only had 1 Google hit, the rest of their traffic was thousands of hits from 1 referring website. Turned out to be a traffic sales site where you pay x amount per 1,000 hits.
Buyers beware!
