Hi All

I am selling a 1999 IBM ThinkPad on eBay in case anyone is interested, with a starting bid of £11 plus £9 for recorded second class delivery. It's in working order, includes many peripherals, and a classic leather IBM laptop bag.

id try anywhere megasquirt is used. Think kit car forums etc.
MS needs an old laptop with a serial port so yours would fit the bill...

Thanks for that. Perhaps if anyone here is an established member of a kit car forum, they could mention the listing. I'm not sure I could get away with joining a kit car forum just to promote this, I expect I would upset some grease monkeys.

Thanks, I'll give them a try to see if they want it for their ye olde 1999 collection, when laptops were built to last more than 2 years.

The auction now has 4 watchers though, so they'll have to put in a good bid!
