Hi Guys,

Just wanted to see if anyone had any recommendations regarding reputable, successful and innovative seo / digital marketing companies operating within London. I'm starting to look into graduate trainee roles within the sector and I want to avoid the shiesters!

Additionally, if anyone has any contacts to whom I wing a CV to i'd be most grateful to hear from you!

Are you saying that you want to get into the business of SEO?

IMO it's a pseudo profession, you can learn all you need to know by reading Google documentation, W3.org html specification, and countless quality blogs like alistapart.com.

I have had experience of so called SEO experts where the company I was working for paid a shed load of money for frankly laughable advice.

I wouldn't say so. Many digital marketing companies offer SEO services - I'm interested to hear peoples recommendations for reputable stand-alone SEO agencies or digital marketing agencies who engage in a broader set of services (including SEO) in London

Yes but digital marketing encompasses more than just SEO and you only mentioned SEO in your first post, hence my reply, as IMO SEO experts are on a par with estate agents, you can by a house without an estate agent, and you can build an SEO friendly website without an SEO expert.
