Hi Guys,

PM For More Details. .co.uk & .com included.

Traffic wise, I'd expect a stall until Mid-Jan now...

Considering a rental/lease off (the site needs a phone number and SEO portfolio items to convert) so would also accept offers based on that...
£90.00 in January on AdSense
£99.84 in February
Website sale only (i.e. no contracts etc)
Aged (1+ year)
Great link profile: Moz, SEJ etc. Have some outstanding links to come from similar high profile sites...
1 big lead this year: 35k net, 65k gross.
Lot's of content
Traffic at around 13,500 uniques per month, has increased 20%+ for the last 6 months.
*Traffic now at around 19,000 per month.

Would cost in excess of £25,000 to get a site to this level inc design, content, SEO...not to mention the months to get the aged domain ranking etc.

Open to offers...

Thanks

Marketingprofs link now live.

AdSense on the blog to keep options open for now. Averaged £4.71 a day in January.

Traffic update as predicted.

*****update

Also, I've had some questions regarding traffic increases and regularity of posting.

Before today, I had not touched the site in over a month and you can see traffic increased dramatically regardless(this screenshot was from yesterday). With around 48 posts and this site being over a year old, I update it roughly once every 5 weeks, although that's not essential - the biggest gap between posts was about 8 weeks. I do have some articles I've found that have not be used, so they'll go on there, although i'll probably schedule them so there is a back log over the next 3-4 weeks.

It's worth noting I did a test (blog post with keyword etc) for a relatively competitive SEO keyword (guaranteed s e o packages) which it ranks 1st for. The plan was to keep rolling out similar posts, but I just never got round to structuring each post to hit a long tail and instead just hit the "publish" button!

I'd assume the buyer would know how to find basic keywords similar in traffic/competition to the above but I'd happily show you, as it's not exactly difficult.

Had a few lower end x,xxx offers which have not tempted me.

Just a quick note, there is really no point offering me xxx when I've declined higher offers. On a site that has netted me £35,000+ (yes, admittedly one big lead) and makes £5.00 a day AdSense, there is no economic sense in selling anywhere close to a xxx offer, as I'm sure many would agree.

I appreciate all the interest so far.

Traffic still increasing (minus a 2 day drop because of my hosting). I did the link sculpting, as most link juice was pointed to the content writing page. Now changed towards the SEO page...a few rankings that were non-existent I've noticed are:

#26 seo outsourcing
#14 SEO outsourcing company
#13 seo outsourcing service
#30 local business seo
#36 seo packages

Obviously this was at the cost of the content page going from #9 - #13 which is well worth it IMO.

I'm sure it ranks for plenty of other keywords such as guaranteed seo packages #1 etc.

You mean you've swapped out links you've bought to a different part of your site?

Hi Troll,

Bad day at the office?

No. I mean I've restructured a few blog posts to point towards the SEO service section of the website since I've now combined the SEO & content pages into one. Thanks for your technical insight though!

Shall I waste my time posting on your threads about how worthless your domains are?

Just saying...

Please do, they could do with a bump. Selling worthless domains is a real challenge!

I can see that.

I'm not that petty.

No worries. I thought you might want to return the favour, oh well.

I'll come by and give this thread a bump for you in another 3 months if I get time in between selling worthless domains and trolling.

Feel free to spend that time to develop yourself into a useful member of society, internet or otherwise.

See you in 3 months.
