Wanted: Service Seo specialist wanted

I have a network of 6 websites which all are in the same niche and which have lost most of their rankings over the past few months because I have not been able to add fresh content, links plus that they might have been affected by the EMD update.

As I am busy with other projects I won't be able to work on the sites so I am looking for someone who can work on the onsite and offsite seo to get the rankings back to where they were.

This is an ongoing project for a a couple of hours a month.

I think you may need to adjust your expectations, there is no way your going to get effective SEO for 6 sites for a 'couple of hours a month'

Anyone who can mange 6 sites seo for a couple of hours a month will be using automated spam tools, which will lead to ruin.
