Anyone point me in the direction of a good book or another forum (eeekk ) for SEO - i have a couple of site but need to make more of an effort if i'm going to get a return?

I have looked at your site and there is a lot of scope for further SEO. My advice to you would be to go text heavy, plus use a separate page for every particular "key phrase" you wish to target.
