I hummed and hummed some more on that domain as I am usually in the park on domains but this one stumped me.

Obviously right buyer and then skys the limit.
just the domain then a couple of hundred - min seo and min content blog then perhaps a few hundred.

It looks good to just autoblog and take a small passive income from it.

yeah Rob just told me - but I think we are keeping it now as I have had comments on it - hope Tom does not sue though!

I don't think I'll develop the domain, not just yet anyway. My SEO knowledge is limited to producing thin affiliate sites so don't want to be giving out SEO advice to others that could potentially bring down the Internet and result in the deaths of thousands of children and camels.
