Coming up for expiry around Mid-February
sherwoods-property.co.uk is owned and used by a letting agency
sherwoodsproperty.com is owned and used by Dubai based (i think) property investment company.
So potential to sell on the domain name, as i beleive it gets typo traffic for both websites. Around 100 UV's a month (just checked received 68 visits JAN 07, but i'm sure that it was higher previously, but as its now parked and i've deleted the hosting account it was hosted on.)
Still not decided whether i will renew it or not, so if anyone is interested offers via PM.
