Wanted: Service shop help

Hi All, I want to place a shop on my site for a merchandise page. I can do that and add paypal or google checkout but is there a way I can get the quantities to deduct when an order is made? i.e. is there a cheap script or preferably free bit of code for that anywhere?

Joomla and get virtuemart added on to it.

All I will say is wow to this piece of software, and it's free. Up and running in 4-5 hours with a professional site and set up.

Thanks will take a look. found that paypal does the job for now but will explore that for c/c's

try something like opencart. opencart.com or opencart0.com (for the older version)

I don't actually want a full blown shop just want a snippet to add a few items only.
