Shopping Cart

I am trying to set up an online shop with a shopping cart system that doesn't insist on a shipping method or payment.

Basically I just want to give the user the select products and then the cart id emailed as an order for offline processing.

I tried osCommerce and zencart but don't seem to be able to disable these options.

Any ideas?

I use Cs-Cart to power my badge site (in sig), should be able to do what you need.

Or, can you not just use a CASH ON DELIVERY option from something like zen or cubecart and just edit the language files to read differently perhaps? Oh, and of course just specify a shipping method but make it have a value of 0 and call it 'non required' or 'email delivery' etc. Most of them also have support for DIGITAL products. Perhaps just add your items as digital products / download only products?

Anywho, cs-cart may do what you need and they have a 30 day trial.

I recommend Viart as a shopping cart and I believe what you are asking is possible.

It's ASP but Candypress is an excellent cart that lets the orders be placed taking no payment for offline payments.
