Wanted: Domain Appraisal Site Price?

Sorry if this is in the wrong thread! I currently have a recruitment website that I have had goin for about 18 months with a PR of 4 and started to promote it but do not have the time with other commitments i am planning approaching recruitment companies locally to see if there is interested as they could sell the service to companies locally but i was wondering if i was to sell it just as the site what sort of money i might get back. The Site has had the following stats in the last few months obviously jan is still going

i previously had a high quality recruitment site but since got rid of it...
however i still have all the nationwide contact details for consultants
so if you would be interested in a profit split i'd happily promote it
