Appraisals are not based on the domain name activity, they are based upon the shortness of the name, unique name and domain name extention - they are not based on traffic/hits - anyone who has had a domain name appraised would know this by reading the appraisal - obvisouly. They would also know that companies such sedo appraise way too high as they obviously would like the sale to go through themselves in order for them to obtain the comission. Therefore I understand your comment on the high appraisal - thats why Iv got a lower start price.

The forum posts and users have been removed for the sale of the domain, it was only ever used between myself and a few friends - the listing doesnt mention it was a popular or high traffic site (those two new registrations/members have signed up again since me removing everyone).

Nominet transfer fee has been reduced to £10 + vat now (rather then £35 you mention). Might want to change that in your ad.

Didnt realise Nominet have changed the fee - I will check this out and change as mentioned - however it still stands as the new registrant would need to carry out this fee in order to change the registrant name.

disruptive - why would I need to prove stats? Its a domain auction - therefore anyone interested would place a bid whether it has high or low stats - I have no reason to prove anything unless I was desperate to get rid of it. Would also like to mention that its only a sale - lol - £100 is piss up the wall money in this business Im in so your offer of £11 is very lame.

However - I will post stats in the morning as I have nothing to hide

Hi, didn't realise but I would have needed to pay for the Web Stats to be added to my hosting package therefore the only information my hosting company would give me is the following:

Sep 06: Monthly Unique Visits 614 (219411Kb)
Aug 06: Monthly Unique Visits 708 (267690Kb)

This the only information they will give me, along with a monthly unique visit count at the end of Oct 06.

Not justifying £19.99 to add stats at this point.
