Wanted: Service Someone to code and edit an already designed site

Hi, my friend has a site she made designed in psd's. She needs it coded up, it is about 10 pages. She also needs it to be mobile friendly and a few basic bits of coding like forms etc.

I need someone to do this at short notice, please email me on oldleads at aol dot com and i will send the spec over. Could you put hourly rate and availability in it also. I don't think it is too difficult but it is on a deadline

$49 + $9 for header/footer stretch, plus $25 for a inner page.

Very impressed with the turnaround and final products. Will be using again in future
