I'm getting ever increasing problems when trying to communicate with customers, especially end users.

It seems that the likes of hotmail / googlemail / yahoo / AOL etc. are now blocking all emails from automated sources and this includes transfer emails from Nominet.
In fact I'm beginning to get the impression that the above might like to call any business email that isn't from them, Spam.

Anybody else having this problem?

More likely your domain has raised some questions, which would sweep across the board.

Have you checked the various blacklisting services ?

Remember if ONE person on your hosting server spams hotmail, your WHOLE server gets blocked until your host confirms with the target they have fixed the problem. This is my beef with cloud hosting, no matter how big your cloud is, your still at the mercy of those on your IP.

No, this is emails from Nominet getting filed as Spam.

(And anyway all my servers are dedicated IPs)

Its still going to your address isnt it ? So if your address is listed, then your dedicated ip, nominet or god will still get blocked ?

It could also be an IP Range issue too.

The only emails I don't sometimes get that I'm aware are off caught, like I got a name a few days ago and no email to match it, didnt even know I got it until I logged in.

I havent noticed anything so if your sure its not your ip, it maybe your domain.

Have you tried emailing yourself (on a hotmail/gmail add) from your domain and other domains on the same ip ? see if they thru?

No. What I am saying is that emails from Nominet to my customers (when I do a transfer) are ending up being blocked.
So the emails are actually nothing to do with me, but my customers complain that I haven't done the transfer.
