Are you going to promote this in US or UK? I think that UK punters would like to see a dot org dot uk, but if you can get it high up on G then who cares?

I've just had a look on the GKT....the global exacts are the same as the uk so the UK may be the best target audience.

Look for a recent post about the 'Ministry of Justice' regulations regarding this stuff.
