Hi,
i am gutted to read this morning that steve irwin died after being stung by a rayfish. i know he was the type of person you loved or hated. personally i loved him. so few people in life follow what they want to do like that or have that kind of energy. he leaves behind a wife & two kids. his wife did the same work as him. for all the risks he took, i always felt he was invincible. that's part of the shock.

"Su testisi su yolunda kirilir" meaning it is normal to be stung by a creature if you deal with creatures. BTW Rob is that the Jacko dork who holds an alligator in the picture?

yeah gutted - i suppose thats what happens - he tempted fate a little too often.

The endearing qaulity of the bloke was his passion and no politically correct bullsh*t stopped him doing what he enjoyed. He and his family can definitely say he lived life to the max!

I have a huge passion for sharks and Crocodiles so Steve was an environmental hero of mine.

He will be greatly missed by me and heart goes out to his family. RIP Steve Irwin.
:(

sorry did i say classy?

FWIW, I share your sentiments on this one. You can be sure this is one guy who lived a life he loved and he made a difference. It's a good legacy to leave the world with.

Best wishes
