Hi

Does anyone know how to stop or at least try to stem the flow of spammers using your email address to send spam emails, ala cloneing them? They've got the address from a site where it's in it's mailto: form - [email protected] - so there any code or anything that would stop this?

Getting a load of return to sender emails.

Thanks

Not a perfect solution, but if you create a complicated email address (2 words separated by a "." before the "@", e.g. [email protected]) and then encode the whole thing with an email encoder tool and put the resultant code in the HTML of your contact page, that cuts down on probably 95% of spam...

use imagemagick or gd to create a graphical image of the email like domaintools do, or use a form with captcha on it :) so people never get your email :)
