I wondered why The Register were quoting Nominet in this story:
Subway sues ex-franchisee for trademark infringement | The Register
But then I see the registrant also owns: www.subwayuncovered.co.uk
As well as: www.subwayuncovered.com
Would have been interesting to see whether the UDRP or DRS supports freedom of speech again. Just like in the Ryanair cases
However Subway have chosen to go to the High Court instead.........
