It's customary to respond to questions about a domain sale. You could've just posted the metrics for everyone to see. I can't understand why people who want to sell their domain don't list all the relevant details that would increase the chances of a sale.

I believe because these type of domains are for people involved in SEO, and they already know what they are looking for, and have the tools to check a domain fit for their purpose.
