Wanted: Domain Appraisal surrogates.biz

Out of all my domains, this is the only one I've had interest from with a few curious emails re pricing.

Any ideas how much this is worth? I'm thinking high £XXX?

Domains .biz aren't too popular. I had few one word .biz domains and got rid of them for low $xx with difficulties. Saw few sales LL.biz for $xxx to low $x,xxx. Good luck.

i dont feel for .biz either but its still a good keyword.. i dont know who's looking to buy it off you but just play your cards right.. if its a company up your price a little.. dont be too greedy.. if you think its just another domain guy trying to get a keyword for developing a mini site on or whatever then lower your price as big companies dont usually come along for the bite on a .biz everday therefore a lower down the food chain buyer is better than waiting around for possibly nowt further down the line.. .biz are hard to bloody sell so if theres interest let them have it..

i had an .eu once and a company was interested and i asked for way too much by getting greedy.. i wanted £500 from a private buyer and when the company asked i wanted £5k all of a sudden... deal fell through i should have said just £700! i actually ended up dropping the domain further down the line as remember reg fee's pile up! dont forget it like i did a few years back... and your .biz prob doesnt earn anything on ppc in all fairness so ideally selling it for say £300 is like getting a 41p click everyday for a whole 2 years.. think clearly, its all pure profit
