Why has tottenhamhotspur.org.uk dropped today when it was due to drop on 21/02/08 (renewal date 14.11.07)?

Are there circumstances when they drop before scheduled date?

Domains can be surrendered at any time (just surrendered a few myself). Not saying it happened in this case as no way of telling that I know of.
