Syncing a folder with Google Docs/Evernote/Dropbox

Is there a way of syncing a folder on my computer with one of the cloud based storage service Basically, I want everything that I save in the folder on my PC automatically stored on the cloud, and vice versa. Is this possible, and which service would be best to use?
