Hi,
is there anyone here who would be willing to write up a set of terms for a UK site that sells domains, eg like 123-reg but oh so smaller lol
The complaints and handling they have covered, but something that uses the new information from nominet would be helpful, eg after 60/90 days domain is lost and the registrar can take ownership. It has to be the fairest most ethical possible to any domain registrants and not just to maximise revenue or control for the company.
If this is something you can do please pm with a price and time scale.
