Not a bad name so obviously needs development, a keyword expert, or knowledge of a potential end user to make my BIN price of £200 (+Nom) a worthy investment.

I think i jumped on something which had already left, its one of those classic moments when you think yeah thats a good idea to then realise actually i could do soo much more with a name like commerce.co.uk

i know it seems obvoius, have you thought about writing to her agent or to her fansite (probable better as he won't want people going to her direct, only through him) & offer it to her. all names are gone & if i was her, i'd want it. with the .co.uk especially. Predator

Google'd 'Tamzin' when I first got the name and sent out a few dozen emails.
Same again about 6 months ago... still no interest.

The sale, after an initial offer, is in the 'I'll get back to you' stage at the moment.

I agree it's worth a lot more than £200 if the correct end user can be tracked down. If it dosn't sell I'll turn detective

Forget emails

Others may feel the same. emailing is just a waste of time. unless you just groupmail thousands. Really targeting is better. You need to be braver & knowledgable to make the calls. But letter, then folLow up calls is best. Don't forget most of our jargon means f*** all to most people. Most people haven't even heard of a domain, so work in from there.
Depending who you end up talking to. If it went to her agency etc, they might put someone on in the i.t . bit to chat first.
I would hang onto. Don't let it go cheap. It's better than others are telling you. If you say Tamzin to most people, half would probably think of Mrs.O
This makes her the one to pursue. She's one of the premier tv actresses in the country. Every interview she does, magazine article etc. she can have her web address printed at bottom. Al actors love to display their cv etc. Cos they're all luvvies! I think you should not discuss price at first, cos looks desperate etc & amateurish. Mention a guide later on of low£xxxx. It's worth it to her easy. Best to check the whois for the .com first She might not want it. If the .net is free etc might e worth picking up. Predator:twisted:
