I just wondered what people thought of this one value wise? Unless I've messed up with the new Google Keyword Tool, it reports 1 million local exacts. I'll be putting it on sale soon.

The old interface shows 823,000 local search volume for June! I know it's peak season but that seems high!

Lots of SEO bots wanting to go on their summer hols, I suspect

Gut feeling is that a good sale would be mid to high hundreds. Clearly some value here, based on the number of AdWords ads appearing on searching. One thing that conerns me is that anecdotally I think Google has "dialled down" the algorithmic value of an exact match domain.
