The .com's got a site

While doing an impromptu availability check I found a .co.uk that's FTR & fits in with other development projects I'm working on. The .com is already taken and has a nice looking site on it.

Without giving everything away, it's a resource for those in the entertainment industry & the name suggests exactly that. I've got no interest in copying the design or functionality of the site in question but I've hesitated in case there are any possible legal implications. No TM issues & my site would focus on the UK only but wanted to see if I'm missing something else from my thinking.

..... as a side order to the above, can anyone think of any unconnected sites that share the same name (albeit on a different extension) with similar objectives?
