Was wondering what people thought of the new online system in relation to TM names and names that are DRS material. Surely if buyer A gets a solicitors letter saying "give us the name or else" buyer A's grandma could be the proud new owner of that domain within 5 minutes?

It just seems that the new system brings in alot of variables that were not there before?

I "think" as soon as a DRS is submitted the name is locked from transfer so they could write first time, if you transferred the name they could probably DRS the new owner straight with Nom and the name would be locked and go to a ruling.
