Don't really see the problem with it really, if thats what they call news, if thats what people want to read.

I'm pretty sure 99% of people will realise that there is (after this amount of time) every chance that indeed she has met a tragic end.

I just think its sad there advertise on those terms, and hope to increase sales by it.
