Is there a restriction on how many (new) threads can be posted in the auction area and how often they can be bumped etc?

I think there should be a restriction. It's always the same type of people who come in, spam the auction forums with worthless domains (fine but do we really need to see 50 links), and then disappear a couple of months later having realised they wasted their time and money but in the meantime cluttered up the forum.
