I am looking to sell a set of 3 websites, predominantly Adsense, in the Dental niche.
I have had the domains for nearly one year now, but only recently had chance to put a site on them, due to health reasons (been in hospital).
Nevertheless, they are good sites, excellent SEO and RSS feed updates.
They have areas for custom ads that I have not looked into, but could be good income generators for Lead CPA's etc.
Also there is a blog area that I have not developed, but could be a good traffic puller too. The sale is for the domain and the optimised sites, moved to your server, or continued with the present host.
